Won’t this amendment cause the City to have frequent and costly elections?
No. It is hard to imagine that the City would be so poorly managed that a vote on an increase in total revenues could not wait until the next November regular election date. Further, the amendment provides for increased revenues due to federally declared disasters. See question 34.
